1 Definitions and Applicability

In these Terms, "35bd", "we", "us" refer to the 35bd platform and its operating authority. "User", "you", "member" refer to any person registered on 35bd. "Services" refers to the 35bd website, mobile app and all betting and casino services provided through them.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. By using the platform you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement and that you are at least 21 years of age.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Terms

To open an account on 35bd you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false or incomplete information may be closed at any time and funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

• Each person may operate only one account.
• Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being suspended.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be genuine.
• It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password secure.

2.2 Identity Verification

35bd reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested. Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on 35bd can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and cryptocurrency is not accepted.

Deposited funds must come from the user's own mobile banking or bank account. Funds sent through a third party are not accepted and such transactions will be cancelled and returned.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank or Islami Bank).

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete.
• 35bd may request additional information in the case of suspicious transactions.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

35bd offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,200 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To make a withdrawal, ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered. A bonus can never be treated as direct cash.

4.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• The same person or household cannot claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the account will be suspended.
• 35bd reserves the right to change the terms of promotional offers.
• Separate terms apply to weekly cashback for VIP members.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Validity

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is not accepted due to a technical error, 35bd will consider it void and the stake will be returned. 35bd reserves the right to void bets in the case of abnormal market movements.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed:

• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Conducting money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Claiming promotional benefits through fraudulent means.

5.3 Technical Issues

35bd will not be held liable for any disruption to gaming or betting services caused by server outages, network problems or failure of third-party services. However, affected transactions will be investigated in such situations and a fair resolution will be sought.

6 Privacy and Data Protection

9 Limitation of Liability

35bd always aims to provide a reliable service, but liability is limited in certain situations:

• Any loss arising from internet disconnection or device failure.
• Problems caused by the user's own negligence or errors in providing information.
• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government directives.
• Errors in the services of third-party game providers.

12 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any other specific rules stated on the site together form the entire agreement between 35bd and the user. Visit our About Us page to learn more about 35bd.

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully effective. A delay by 35bd in enforcing any term will not be considered a waiver of that term.
